We are planning to release Runtime 2301 in ALL network(s) following the schedule below:

Moonriver: 2023-05-03T22:00:00Z
Moonbeam: 2023-05-17T22:00:00Z

This runtime upgrade includes several breaking changes.

The Moonbeam network has been experiencing significant performance degradation due to abnormal behavior.
As a measure to address this issue, the Moonbeam & Moonriver Councils proposed to fast-track the deployment of RT 2302 to the Moonriver & Moonbeam networks.

This will ensure that transactions are properly priced based on the amount of gas being used, thus slowing down transactions that are clogging the network and increasing the size of the chain state.

Here is the updated schedule:
